The service was exceptional with a member of staff going out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The dining experience offered authentic Italian pizza but could have had more variety. I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff kindly rearranged the bedding for us, which we really appreciated. Though, I must say they could work on improving their customer service skills. The location is amazing, very close to the city center by foot. On the downside, I couldn't get near the restaurant on Saturday night. Overall, a pleasant experience.
